KWING ~ Now I've seen many many different ways of spelling my dad's name. Among those are "Kwin", "Quin", and "Quing". I'm sure there are other ways. "Kwing" sounds like the cross between "king" and "wing". So... repeat after me... "King, Wing, Kwing. King, Wing, Kwing. King, Wing, Kwing." Got the idea yet? I know... he doesn't have any wings but you could call him the king of the family (my mom being the queen, my brother being the prince, and myself being the princess.) It does seem very much like a royal family. We do have this idea though that that's not really how our family works you see. In order, KEMS could really be KEMS with the "E" standing for "Empress". Hehehe... just an inside joke. My dad works for the government of Canada in the Department of Justice. After all the detective work and sniffing out the criminals, it all boils down to... Statistics. He's also an expert on 1 Corinthians. Ask him if you have questions about it: khung@justice.gc.ca
EVANGELINE ~ My mom is amazing like a lot of moms are. You just don't know how they can cook and work and drive the kids to and from school and clean the house and call friends and everything and still have time to relax. It's a big load though and I bet not as easy to carry as it may seem at times. An interesting thing... my mom calls me "Mui Mui" in Chinese which means essentially "little sister". I kind of miss hearing her voice now. One thing we love to do is sit down and watch romantic comedies. My mom teaches piano and is the music director of the Ottawa Christian Chorale.
