Elementary text books teach pupils about how they should not misuse adjectives to describe their own feelings to describe certain qualities of nature. By doing so, the authors of these text books are, subconsciously, telling these schoolboys at a very young age that judgements of value are unimportant.

Educators are merely producing Men without Chests: men without the seat of emotions organized by trained habit into stable sentiments.

The “Tao” or “The Way” cannot be rejected and replaced by “ideologies”, “instincts” or “value systems concerned merely with preserving posterity”.

 

Man’s power over Nature turns out to be power exercised by some men over other men with Nature as its instrument. The man-moulders (men who have “conquered Nature”) of the new age who have been emancipated from the “Tao”, will choose, for their own good reasons, an artificial “Tao” to condition the pupils. In the end, these pupils will all be artifacts. Man’s final conquest has proved to be the abolition of Man.

為甚麼神要定立「不可妄稱耶和華你神的名」這 一條誡命?

名字等於性格。神是尊貴、滿有榮耀,妄稱祂的名是不敬。神的名字裡有特殊的能力﹐神的名字若用得對﹐就產生正面的效果﹐妄稱神的名﹐就會產生負面的效果。我們在禱告中所說的話和所求的東西﹐應該合乎主的心意﹐避免作出自私的祈求﹐然後假借「主」的名義。人口裡所說的﹐通常是心裡所存的意念﹐那就是內心出了問題的警訊。

The life of Jacob in Genesis is a good illustration. Jacob at the end became a God-like person. In fact, it is God’s goal – sinful men may become one with God. Deity indwelling men!

How did God conquer or change our life?

Through the penetration of the Holy Spirit. It’s like putting iron into fire. At the beginning, it is iron penetrates fire. Later the fire begins to penetrate the iron. As a result, we have iron in the fire and also the fire in the iron. They are two distinct substances, but they have co-mingled and interpenetrated to a point where the two have become one.
